PHCA was honored today by Pittsburgh’s City Council with a Proclamation. Councilman Dowd, who presented the proposal, declared July 20, 2008 as Art What You Got Day in honor of Polish Hill’s first-ever arts festival!

Terry Dolughty and Colleen Helwich were both mentioned prominently in the proclamation and were on hand for the ceremonies.
