Open studio for metalsmiths

The Society for Contemporary Craft now has Open Studio Night for metals every Wednesday evening from 6-9 pm.   You will have full access to our metals studio, tools, and an experienced metalsmith on duty to supervise and troubleshoot.  This opportunity is open to all students who have prior metalsmithing experience.  This is a great time to finish old projects and brainstorm with other makers.  The cost is $10 a session or if you purchase 4 weeks up front they are only $8 a session.
Tools available include: a torch station, various hammers, enameling kiln, anvils, vice, buffing machine station, files, stakes, jeweler’s saw, bench pins, rolling mill, pickle, ring mandrel, stamps, daps, punches, various pliers, flex shaft and accessories.
