Several weeks ago the PHCA hosted a small class in making natural lip balm and lotion with Moirin of Bridget’s Apothecary.  That class went well and Moirin’s back to teach a new skill — deodorant making.

At this class she will talk about the downfalls of anti-perspirant, and the research linking aluminum to several diseases and how to deodorize internally.  The class is $15, which include the recipe, and students will each be making their own deodorant creme to take home and use.
