District 7 Councilman Patrick Dowd will be holding Council to Go in Polish Hill on Wednesday September 14 from 7 – 8 pm.  at Lili Coffee* Shop, 3138 Dobson Street.  Come out and hear what’s going on in City Council, share your concerns, and meet your neighbors.
