Every other month District 7 Councilman Patrick Dowd comes to Polish Hill to meet with residents and hear their concerns.  The next Council-to-Go meeting is on Wednesday, March 9 at 7:00 p.m. at Lili Coffee* Shop.  Lili is located at 3138 Dobson Street, at the intersection of Hancock.
