Call for volunteers: the Polish Hill Arts Festival

The Polish Hill Arts Festival is the PHCA’s biggest community event of the year, attracting hundreds of visitors.  The PHCA produces the festival with funds from a variety of sources, including a grant from the Pittsburgh Partners for the Arts, fundraisers such as the PHCA yard sales, and individual and business donations.

And a big part of the festival is that we do it with the help of a lot of neighborhood volunteers.  Before the festival starts, volunteers are needed to help set up tents and tables, and to help vendors load in.  During the festival, volunteers circulate, checking in with vendors, helping keep the festival site clean, and helping visitors.  Volunteers are also needed to help the church with their food booth.

If you think you might be interested in volunteering, call the PHCA at 412.681.1950, or email us.  And check out the festival information page to see what we have planned, including the band line-up and lots of photos from previous years.
