Cheer on the PHCA and Lungs Face Feet in the Bloomfield Halloween Parade, Thursday October 25

The Bloomfield Halloween parade is the last nighttime parade in Pittsburgh – and the most fun.  This year, the PHCA is proud to be participating in the parade as a sponsor for the Polish Hill-based brass band Lungs Face Feet.  PHCA board members will march with the band, and there might be some artist-made bicycle floats too.  The Bloomfield Citizens Council tells us this is the first time another neighborhood group has applied, and we are proud to be able to take part.

The parade starts at 7:00 p.m. and lasts about two hours.  We hope you walk or bike over to Bloomfield (the bridge will be closed to traffic) and wave as the Polish Hill group goes by.
