Halloween in Polish Hill

This year’s change of scene for the PHCA Halloween event resulted in the Haunted Schoolyard, in the actual schoolyard at the former Immaculate Heart of Mary School.  At the PHCA office, Red Sinicki and his sister Dorothy, (below), helped the kids decorate a pumpkin, and each kid got a treat bag.

Many thanks to all the people worked hard to clean the IHM schoolyard, set up the maze, and dress up in costume to provide a fantastic experience for the kids (and some adults!).

We don’t have photos of the schoolyard experience yet; when we get those we’ll post them.  In the meantime, take a look at some of the great photos that Mark Knobil snapped of the kids in their costumes (one is above).  Here is Mark’s Picasa photo set–please check it out!
