Festivities kick off at 5:30 at the West Penn Rec Center with pumpkin decorating for the kiddies!  The Haunted Trail will begin at 6:30PM. The trail begins at the back of the West Penn parking lot and will be guided by a wizard who will protect all the kiddies from the ghoulies and ghosties!
