The Allegheny County Parks Department announced that Sweetheart Skates will be held on Sun., Feb. 14, from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the North and South park ice rinks. Couples may purchase one admission at regular price and receive a second admission free of charge. Each couple will also receive a carnation while supplies last.  Admission to the County ice rinks is $5 for persons 18 to 59 years of age and $3 for persons ages
17 and younger or 60 and older.
