State Sen. Jim Ferlo (D-Pittsburgh) will join single payer healthcare supporters from across the state for a Capitol rally.

The rally is to gain support for Senate Bill 400, House Bill 1660, and healthcare reform efforts on the National level.

Ferlo’s bill, Senate Bill 400, would create a statewide, single-payer health care plan that he said will save enormous amounts of money, while at the same time provide universal coverage for Pennsylvanians.
