Last year a new community garden was established in Polish Hill at the corner of Harmar, Pulawski, and Wiggins.  This is a great spot that gets sun almost all day.  If you’re a Polish Hill resident looking for a spot in a community garden, this is the place.

Having a plot in a community garden entails some responsibility.  Rain barrels need to be filled (rain doesn’t provide enough, and roof runoff is not safe for edible plants).  The garden has a part-time steward, but another is sought.
