Allegheny County will kick off its 42nd Annual Holiday Choral Program on Tues., Dec. 1, with a performance by the Quaker Valley High School Concert Choir. The event will begin at 11:30 a.m. on the Grand Staircase of the Allegheny County Courthouse located at 436 Grant Street in Downtown Pittsburgh.
Performances will be held at 11:30 a.m. and 12:20 p.m. each weekday through Mon., Dec. 21.
Twenty-six local choirs and orchestras will participate in this year’s program. Each performance will also be broadcast outside on the Grant Street side of the Courthouse so downtown shoppers and workers can enjoy the concerts as well.
