The secretary from the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church stopped by to tell us that the Baby Jesus was stolen from the nativity scene in front of the rectory.  They aren’t sure when it was taken; it was noticed early Thursday evening that the figure was missing.

The creche and it’s figures have been in use for a long time, and they’re are very important to the church and their parishioners.  We hope that the figure is returned unharmed.  If you happen upon a small (about 4-6 inches long) figure of a baby, please bring it back where it belongs!
