Our Friend stopped by the PHCA office today to let Staffski know that he and the rest of the gnome population in Polish Hill had nothing to do with the appearance of new trash receptacles on our streets.

A quick inspection of the neighborhood shows that some of the older receptacles have been moved. Staffski, for one, is pleased that there is now a trash can at the top of the Dobson to Herron staircase! Just in time for spring, too!

So, Polish Hill now has more places for you to put —

empty bottles
wrappers
the newspaper that you were reading while you were sitting at the World War II monument
