Spring is bringing new business to Polish Hill.  Urban Gypsy quietly opened a few weeks ago and has already made some devoted fans.  This week, Pop City, the online weekly devoted to Pittsburgh development and news, gave a nod to three other businesses opening in the same building in Polish Hill:  Lili Coffee Shop, Mind Cure Records, and Copacetic Comics.  The article profiles the building at Dobson and Hancock streets, which has been under renovation for almost two years.  Last week the bi-monthly Council-to-Go meeting was held at the soon-to-open coffee shop, which is opening soon and is sure to be an instant favorite with our diverse residents.
