A black and white male (we believe, haven’t gotten final confirmation on that) cat has turned up on Harmar Street and residents there are trying to help him out.  His fur is matted but he otherwise seems healthy.  His front paws have been declawed, so he’s probably an indoor cat that got out.

They say he’s friendly, but so far is resistant to being caught.  They’re hoping the owner is somewhere in the neighborhood.  If you know this cat, please email seklecki@gmail.com of call the PHCA at 412.681.1950 and we’ll get a message to the right person.
