Spring is here in Polish Hill. Neighbors and friends were hard at work early this morning planting flowers on Brereton and 30th Streets. The Spring planting event is a city-wide event that recurs annually. Spring planting, coordinated by the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy, takes place in many of Pittsburgh neighborhoods.

Thanks to the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy and our dear friend Josie Ramsey for coordinating the efforts of Polish Hill Neighbors, PNC Bank employees and the Boy Scouts for spending the morning with us. The corner looks amazing.
