This small garden space on Dobson Street is referred to in the neighborhood as the Penny lot.
So far, the garden has produced a variety of greens, like kale and some other hardy plants, as well as radishes. Coming up are raspberries and grapes.
Kathleen B., one of the residents on Dobson, is taking care of the Penny lot. She is doing an amazing job; the garden looks absolutely luscious. One of the most striking features is this cluster of blooms in the front, a real crowd pleaser. Many thanks, Kathleen, for all that you are doing.
