The final public meeting for the Polish Hill strategic plan will be held on Tuesday, September 6 at 6:30 pm in the senior room on the lower level of the West Penn Recreation Center. After a brief period for the regular community meeting concerns, the meeting will be devoted to presenting the final draft of the plan.
The firm of Pfaffmann + Associates developed the plan recommendations based on surveys, discussions, and feedback from Polish Hill residents. At this meeting, the firm’s principal, Rob Pfaffmann, will present these recommendations and collect any final feedback from residents. This meeting will be the first opportunity to hear what the residents of Polish Hill feel are the most pressing projects for our community to pursue.
After this meeting, Pfaffmann + Associates will create the final version of the community plan. After that, it’s up to us. With plan in hand, the PHCA can move forward on finding funding and support for the projects that residents wanted to see implemented.
