On Saturday the PHCA had another of it’s fundraising yard sales, and this was the most successful yet.  We raised almost $700 for the Polish Hill Arts Festival.  It was really fun to see all the different residents who came through — not many events attract the full range of the community, but everyone likes a yard sale.  It was great to see church ladies shopping next to punks.

We want to thank everyone who participated:  those who donated items for us to sell, and those who came and bought stuff.  We hope you are enjoying your purchases!

If you had stuff to donate but didn’t make it over, take heart:  we’re having another yard sale in September.  Yard sale proceeds go towards community events, so it’s a good cause.  There’s room in the garage now for more donations, so bring them by!
