The big project at the PHCA in 2011 was the strategic plan.  Over the course of the year, the steering committee worked with Pfaffmann + Associates and held public meetings for residents to come up with a plan that reflected what the community wanted for Polish Hill.  Now, the final plan is available for viewing online.  Click here to see the plan (it’s a large document, so it’ll take a couple minutes to download).

Next is implementation: choosing which projects to do first, finding funding, and getting volunteers to help out.  If there are particular things in the plan that interest you or impact your part of the neighborhood, please consider becoming involved.
