Jen Kirk and Patrick Singleton have been stair stewards for the Dobson/Herron City steps for two winters now.  They’re the ones who keep the steps clear of snow and ice after winter storms, and they pick up trash year-round.  Today, Jen and Patrick were honored by City Council in a proclamation sponsored by our councilman, Patrick Dowd.
