Looking down from the top of Brereton Street.  Although the streets are plowed, few cars are out, and the bus still isn’t coming through.  The usual roar from Bigelow is gone, and the neighborhood is very quiet.   This snow has brought people out into the streets.  People are walking around with shovels, helping others dig out.
