Community skill-sharing event in Polish Hill on Saturday May 21

The Polish Hill Public Allies, who have been working in our neighborhood since last fall, have teamed up with Communiteach to present a Community Shareski this Saturday.  These are free workshops for kids and adults, and there’s a whole list of things you can sign up for, some taught by Polish Hill residents.  Click on the links below to find out more and register.

Learn Urban Gardening, with Carol Brand, from 12:00 – 1:00 in the lot next to the PHCA office
Bike Maintenance, with Brian Seklecki, also from 12:00 – 1:00 outside the PHCA office
Fresh local herb tea brewing, with Darelle Dogans, from 12:00 – 12:45 at Lili Coffee* Shop
Handstitching and mending, with Maggie Negrete, from 1:00 – 1:45 at Lili Coffee* Shop
Hula hoop making, with the Public Allies; 2:00 – 2:45 the lot next to the PHCA office
