Wow! What a way to start the day! When Staffski reached the PHCA office on Thursday, this is what she saw! That’s a whole lot of work by Jason Perry and his crew!

There was even more on the sidewalk. The rehabilitation of these properties is a huge undertaking, you can tell just from the detritus.
