The Polish Hill Civic Association is beginning to plan an arts festival day for July 20. Care to lend a hand? We are looking for any and all hands that got or love art to help out. So, if you are interested, if you can –
 

Design a flyer
Help out with spreading the word
Find some talent
Help out with set-up
Give us a hand with clean up

If you have a suggestion
If you think you might want to display your work
If you want to set up a table of your work
