New route info from PAT

APRIL ROUTE CHANGE MAPS, SCHEDULES NOW ON WEB

Port Authority launched a new Web page this afternoon with maps, schedules and other tools related to the upcoming April 4 route changes.

The new site, available at PortAuthority.org, provides helpful tools for riders to determine if their bus or T route is changing, view the changes on an interactive map and plan trips using the new schedule information.

Not all bus and T routes will change on April 4. Other route changes will occur in phases through the next couple of years. About 60 routes will be impacted by the April 4 changes.

Information at PortAuthority.org will be paired with print materials, including informational brochures and new hand schedules. Port Authority employees will visit stops serving many of the routes in the weeks prior to the April 4 change.

Visitors to PortAuthority.org also may sign up for email alerts to receive advance notice of route changes and use an online form to ask questions through our Customer Service department.

For additional information, call Customer Service at (412) 442-2000 or the TTY number, (412) 231-7007, or visit PortAuthority.org.
