It’s  time for the 15th Annual Blues Festival, to be held at Hartwood Acres on July 24-26.  This is not just a fantastic musical event, it’s a good cause:  proceeds from the festival benefit the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.

The Food Bank is in need of more volunteers for the festival this weekend.  Any volunteer gets free admission on the day that they work a shift and can stay (or come early, whatever the case is) for the rest of the performances.  A shift lasts between 5 to 6 hours long.  The line of of bands is great, including Los Lobos on Saturday night and Robert Cray on Sunday night.

Volunteers receive:
– Free admission
– Free Parking
– $2.00 off coupon for merchandise
– Complimentary meal in our Volunteer Hospitality Tent

Register to volunteer here.  Sign up now, space is limited!

For more information, check the festival website.
