On Thursday July 16, The West Penn Pool held its annual Water Carnival. It was the perfect day for such an event. The temperature soared to 88 degrees!

Several games were played – water limbo, balloon toss and relay races. The winners received a special prize. Hot dogs, drinks and treats were served. A great time was had by all.
